They help me get insurance with them as well in allowing me to have help in canceling with my previous insurance in not being able to get in touch with them myself because Direct Insurance would not answer the phone to cancel myself with Direct Insurance after previous phone calls. State Farm helped me and I received a lower price for my choice of insurance with them and I highly recommend giving them a call to help within your assistance. "I've been a State Farm customer for several years. At one point, I transferred my policies to another State Farm office, but I started having a frustrating issue with my Drive Safe & Save account. Unfortunately, I wasn't getting the help I needed there, so I reached out to the Lavonia office to see if they could help.

Even before my account was officially transferred back, Whitney immediately stepped in and started working on the issue. She didn't hesitate to help me, even though I wasn't yet a customer of their office again. That spoke volumes to me.

Once my account was transferred back, Whitney followed through on everything she promised. She contacted technical support on my behalf, coordinated with the IT team while I was at work, kept me updated throughout the process, and let me know exactly what information they needed from me. I was told the process could take up to 30 days, but thanks to Whitney's persistence and dedication, everything was resolved much sooner than expected.

Because of her hard work, my Drive Safe & Save issue was corrected before the end of the month, and my score returned to 100.

Customer service like this is hard to find. Whitney went above and beyond, and that's exactly why I decided to move my policies back to the Lavonia office. If you're looking for a State Farm office that genuinely cares about its customers and is willing to go the extra mile to help, I highly recommend this team.
